Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with digital lending platforms mainly from Europe, Asia, and the US.
You identify potential platform partners and lead the communication from establishing first contact to full integration. You will work together with our onboarding team to integrate partners into our ecosystem.
You will be responsible for building Business Development structures and processes.
You are capable to lead and supervise other team members and take on the coordination of various activities within the business development team.
You will independently pick up the topics and fully shape the position.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or relevant internships/working student positions in this field.
A bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance or adjacent areas is a must; a master’s degree would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You think analytically and are able to give presentations to customers and partners.
Fluent English is mandatory; German, another European and Asian language is a plus.
